Materials
Two-millimetre carbon steel with a riveted solid steel handle. Oven safe to any temperature a domestic oven reaches, and usable on induction, gas and electric.
Care
Wash hot without detergent, dry on the hob, wipe a film of oil over the inside while it is warm. Never leave it wet in a rack. The surface goes from grey to near-black over the first months, which is the seasoning building, not damage.
